Implementing the decision of the Government Council for Foreign Affairs and Defense and following the National Defense Minister’s authorization, the General Director of GDDIA signed on 30 April 2018 the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for the upgrade of 85 HAF F-16 aircrafts to the F-16V configuration.
