From October 11 to 13, 2026, a GDDIA delegation led by Major General (Army) Ioannis Bouras, Director General of GDDIA, participated in the annual AUSA (Association of the United States Army) Defense Exhibition.
During the visit, GDDIA Director General met and held discussions with—among others—the Greek Ambassador to the USA, Mr. Antonios Alexandridis, as well as representatives from Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA-DEC), the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), and the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
At the same time, he toured the exhibition grounds, highlighting the capabilities of the Greek Defense industry, which was ably represented at the event by 15 companies, in the fields of research, development, production, and innovation.
