According to provisions of Presidential Decree 73/2006 (Government Gazette 76 A’ / 10.04.06), the independent internal / preventive audit / controls office is responsible for the accomplishment of internal / preventive audit / controls which is provided of clause 80 of the Legislative Decree 721/70.
