For registration in the HURDSE, the provisions and procedures of Presidential Decree 59/2025 (Government Gazette A’ 113/30.06.2025) apply, according to which a file must be submitted in accordance with the following:
Registration Guide in the Hellenic Unified Registry of Defence Sector Enterprises (pdf)
Registry of Manufacturers of Defense Material (RMDM)
The Registry of Manufacturers of Defense Material (RMDM), which was provided for by Presidential Decree 3/2008 (Government Gazette A’ 3/14.01.2008), was replaced by the Hellenic Unified Registry of Defence Sector Enterprises (HURDSE), which falls under the jurisdiction of the GDDIA/DITR.
The Certificates of the the Registry of Manufacturers of Defense Material (RMDM), within the framework of transitional provisions of Presidential Decree 59/2025 remain valid until their expiration.
