Participation in EDEX 2018

Egypt’s Defense Exhibition (EDEX) 2018 is taking place for the first time in Cairo from 3 to 5 December 2018.
Our country, participates with a National Pavilion, under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of National Defense (General Directorate for Defense Investments & Armaments) with the participation of eight Hellenic companies: Barracuda, ELMON, HAI, EAS, Intracom Defense Electronics (IDE), ISI Hellas, Miltech Hellas and Theon Sensors.
The Minister of National Defense Mr. Panos Kammenos who was present at the Hellenic Pavilion, welcomed H.E. Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and informed him about the capabilities of the Hellenic companies that participate in the exhibition.
The General Director of GDDIA accompanied with staff officers is also present at the exhibition.
At EDEX2018 participate more than 300 exhibitors from more than 80 different countries. The Hellenic Pavilion is among the 17 National Pavilions of the Exhibition at which are expected more than 10000 visitors, including defense experts, defense industry representatives, and official governmental delegations from around the world.
