The GDDIA General Director Vice Admiral (ret.) Kyriakos Kyriakidis visited the “International Aviation and Space Salon – MAKS 2019”, which takes place in Moscow from 27 August to 1 September.
During his visit, Mr. Kyriakidis had the chance to meet the Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Mr. D. Shugaev and he was received by the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, Colonel General A. Fomin in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In these meetings issues of common interest for the support of Russian origin weapon systems in the Greek inventory were discussed.
The GDDIA General Director had also a meeting with the Ambassador of Greece in Moscow, Ms. T. Athanasiou.
