On 10 and 11 March 2019, the General Director, Vice Admiral (ret) Kyriakos Kyriakidis, attended the IQDEX 2019 exhibition which held in Baghdad from 9 to 12 March, officially invited from the Iraqi Ministry of Defence.
During the visit and with the presence of the Greek Ambassador in Baghdad, Mr. Leonidas Kontovounisios, a meeting was held with the General Secretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Defence and representatives of Iraqi Armaments and Supply services, where military – technical cooperation issues were discussed.
