MESSAGE FROM GENERAL DIRECTOR OF GDDIA LIEUTENANT GENERAL (RTD) THEODOROS LAGIOS (HAF), ABOUT THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION OF DEFENCE INDUSTRY AND SYSTEMS [DEFENCE EXHIBITION ATHENS (DEFEA 2020)]

Today we communicate with you, our thoughts are on all those who have been personally affected by COVID-19 and on those who help preserve our community and recover its safety.

At General Directorate for Defence Investments and Armaments (GDDIA), our goal is to continue our work while protecting all our executives and employees while simultaneously combating the spread of the virus.

According to the recommendations and measures taken by the Greek Government, the International Exhibition of Defense Industry and Systems, [Defence Exhibition Athens (DEFEA 2020)], which would take place from 22 to 24 June, is postponed to a new date on 11 to 13 May 2021

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe this is a necessary measure that must be taken in order to fight pandemic and spread of COVID-19. The health and safety of the participants prevails over all.
