On the 3rd Aug, 2017, a meeting was conducted at GDDIA between the Head of Department of GDDIA/OB&QAD/OBCD Lt. Col. Labros Kotitsas and its staff and the Construction/Project Manager Mr. Louis Kelly Jr. of «The Boeing Company» after his request and they discussed issues of the OB Contract 22/03.
