«On 20th of November 2017, took place the signature of OB Contract 01/17 between the General Director of GDDIA Mr Kiriakidis Kiriakos and Mr David Gerety, Director Contracts IAMD Programms of «RAYTHEON SYSTEMS COMPANY LLC», in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of Law 4494/2017, which ratifies the settlement of unfulfilled obligations of the aforementioned company, deriving from OBC 05/99 that arises from the procurement of «Patriot Missile System» under the Main Contract 007Α/99.
