On the 29th May 2017 a meeting was held at the GDDIA premises, between the GDDIA/DDITR director, Brig. Gen. (ENG) Petros Kyriafinis, staff officers of HMOD and mr Αrgyris Nikolaidis, professor of theoretical physics in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During the meeting a presentation took place regarding the surveillance of sea area using an experimental demonstrator called “NESTOR”.
