The GDDIA General Director Vice Admiral (ret.) Kyriakos Kyriakidis visited from 21 to 23 August the “International Military – Technical Forum Army 2018”, which takes place in Russia.
During his visit, Mr. Kyriakidis had the chance to be informed about the developments and evolutions of the military technology in Russia and to have meetings with the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, Colonel General A. Fomin, the Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Mr. D. Shugaev, the Director General of Rosoboronexport, Mr. A. Mikheev, and the Ambassador of Greece in Moscow, Mr. A. Friganas. In these meetings issues of common interest for the support of Russian origin weapon systems in the greek inventory were discussed.
