Defence Industry Conference, Nicosia 21-22 June 2018

On 21st and 22nd of June 2018, in Cyprus, during the trilateral meeting of the Ministers of Defense of Cyprus – Greece – Israel, a bilateral defense industry was held in Nicosia, which was focused on border security and cyber security issues. The conference was attended by the three defense ministers.
As regards the Greek side, the conference was attended, by the General Director of the GDDIA and his staff officers, members of the boards of SEKPY and HASDIG as well as representatives from the companies ALTUS, MILTECH, HAI, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS, ISI, THEON SENSORS, ATESE, TERRA SPATIUM, SPACE HELLAS and COSMOS SOLUTIONS.
In this Industry Day, twelve Cypriot and twenty-six Israeli companies also participated.
The purpose of this two-day workshop was to explore synergies, between the companies of the three countries, in the aforementioned areas.
