28th meeting of the Hellenic-French armament committee in Athens

On 3-4 July the 28th meeting of the Hellenic-French armament committee takes place in Athens. The committee members are from GDDIA and DGA.
The head of the Greek delegation is the GDDIA General Director Vice Admiral (ret.) Kyriakos Kyriakidis, while from the French side is the director for Central and Eastern Europe and south America Brig. General Hubert L’ Ebraly.
During the meeting the following topics are discussed
— Current contracts with French companies
— Support of French origin weapon systems currently in the Greek armed forces inventory
— Possible future armament programs
— Possible participation of the Greek Defense Industry in future armament programs
— Cooperation within the EDA
— Briefing on procurement procedures of the French Armed Forces
