The 13th Meeting of the Hellenic-Russian Committee for Military-Technical Cooperation was held at Chania from 7 to 9 June 2017. The Hellenic side was represented by a GDDIA delegation, headed by Mr. Kyriakos Kyriakidis [Vice Admiral (ret)], GDDIA General Director while the Russians by a delegation of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) of Russia headed by Mr. Dmitry Shugaev, FMSTC General Director. Distinguished participants were also Mr. Igor Nagorny, Deputy Director of Foreign Policy Department of the President of the Russian Federation and Mr. Alexandr Mikheev, General Director of JSC “ROSOBORONEXPORT”. The meeting took place within the frame of promoting and strengthening the cooperation between the two countries in the Military-Technical field.
