On April 10, 23, were signed the following interstate agreements with the State of Israel:
a. Government to Government Contract Concerning the Procurement of SPIKE NMT System.
b. Government to Government Contract Concerning the Procurement of SPIKE NLOS System for the Apache AH64A Helicopters
c. Government to Government Contract Concerning the Procurement of NAVAL SPIKE ER and NLOS System and Missiles
d. Government to Government Contract Concerning the AH64A Helicopters Upgrade.
