On Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017, the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce organized for the fifth consecutive year the “EXPOSEC-DEFENSEWORLD” SAFETY AND DEFENSE CONFERENCE at the Army Officers’ Club, under the auspices of the Ministry of Defence, through the General Directorate for Defence Investment and Armaments (GDDIA).
The opening speech of the conference was delivered by the Minister of National Defense Mr Panos Kammenos, while among the speakers were the Alternate Minister of Defence Mr. Dimitrios Vitsas and Vice-Admiral HN (ret) Kyriakos Kyriakidis. General Director of GDDIA.
In his speech, the General Director of GDDIA referred to the “Importance of a Closer Cooperation between State and Defense Industry for a Successful Outward-looking Policy”
